Then, about a week ago, after a version update happened (I believe it was version 12.1.8,) I started getting this error prompt. I paid the $30 upgrade in January of this year. Then, when they came out with 12 and changed their lingo so I had to purchase a version upgrade, I didn’t question it and threw my money at the screen. All was well and good, I went through versions 10 and 11 as well. So, I paid the $70 for a license to Filmora in April of 2021. I was hoping somebody out there may have encountered this same issue with the recent changes to licenses and plans and such.
